Hello, I’m Adelle and I live in East Midlands, UK. I am a mother to 2 girls, I work as a secondary school teacher, and in my spare time I’m an enthusiastic home sewer.
I got my first sewing machine in 2013 and my first projects were quilts and small dresses for my little girls. My confidence grew and in Jan 16 I set myself a New Years Resolution to begin sewing myself clothes. Little did I know what I let myself in for. The satisfaction of making your own clothes and then people asking where you got it from. How amazing is it to reply ‘I made it myself’! This blog is to track my journey and to share with you my passion.
